Overview
Members of our investment group own and operate Villa Vedas (website here), the adjacent Bali Beach Glamping (website here) which are two of Asia’s most popular wedding venues.
Villa Vedas hosted 113 weddings in 2023, and at the time of writing it had 113 bookings in 2024 and 37 in 2025, Bali Beach Glamping had 95 wedding bookings in 2023, 85 in 2024 and 15 in 2025. In summary, we are Bali’s (and therefore Asia’s) most successful wedding specialists.
In light of the popularity and profitability of Bali Beach Glamping, our first tented resort, we started construction of Glamp Nusa at the Bukit in Bali in July 2023 (website here) with completion scheduled for Q2 2024 (Glamp Nusa).

Rapid construction
It takes just 9 to 12 months to build a new tented resort. Speed of construction means earlier cashflow, and therefore higher investment returns.
High revenue per key versus construction cost
Owing to the modest capex cost per room and the burgeoning popularity of glamping, revenue per key versus the capex cost per key is high, with full cost recovery being achieved within 9 to 12 months on rooms.
Wedding specialization
We specialise in weddings, which offer four revenue streams – accommodation (normally buyouts), venue hire fees, catering and wedding planning.
Cash Flow
Clients pay a significant portion of their invoice many months before check in, and the venue has access to thousands of wedding guests long before they check in, and an opportunity to sell ancillary services, all of which results in early cashflow.
